At Vale Forever, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal to the outside of the box.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
